CI-MAX
Ipamorelin 5mg · CJC-1295 (No DAC) 5mg · Lyophilised Stack
The architecture of
growth hormone release.
CI-MAX combines two complementary growth hormone secretagogues into a single precision-formulated vial. CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a tetrapeptide analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that stimulates the anterior pituitary to amplify the natural GH pulse — increasing both peak GH concentration and overall secretory area-under-curve. Its short half-life preserves the physiological pulsatility of GH release, making it a preferred tool in studies that require natural circadian fidelity over sustained plasma elevation.
Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) that acts via ghrelin receptors to potentiate GH secretion with minimal cortisol or prolactin co-stimulation. This selectivity renders it an exceptionally clean tool for isolated investigation of the somatotropic axis. Together, the CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin combination produces a synergistic supra-additive GH pulse, and has been studied in contexts ranging from lean body mass preservation and lipolysis enhancement to sleep-stage architecture, cellular repair, and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) upregulation in animal models.
Ipamorelin · 5mg
Selective GHRP with high specificity for GHS-R1a. Studied for GH pulse enhancement without significant prolactin, ACTH, or cortisol stimulation — isolating somatotropic effects cleanly.
CJC-1295 (No DAC) · 5mg
Modified GHRH analogue preserving physiological pulsatility. Short half-life ensures GH release mirrors endogenous circadian patterns, critical for sleep and metabolic research fidelity.
Synergistic GH Pulse
Combined GHRH + GHRP action produces a supra-additive response at the pituitary level, enabling investigation of downstream IGF-1 signalling, collagen synthesis, and lipolytic activity.
