How every vial is made.
Solid-Phase Fmoc Synthesis (SPPS)
We use automated SPPS reactors with Fmoc-protected amino acids on Wang resin. Coupling efficiency is monitored at each step using Kaiser and chloranil tests to guarantee >99.5% coupling per residue.
Global Deprotection & Cleavage
Peptides are cleaved from resin using a TFA-based cocktail optimized per sequence. Side-chain deprotection is completed simultaneously, and crude peptide is precipitated in cold diethyl ether.
Reverse-Phase HPLC Purification
Crude peptide is purified by semi-preparative RP-HPLC on C18 columns using acetonitrile/water gradients. Fractions are collected, analyzed, and pooled to achieve the target purity specification of ≥98%.
Mass Spectrometry Identity Confirmation
Every purified batch is confirmed by ESI-MS or MALDI-TOF. Observed mass must match theoretical within ±1 Da. Batches failing identity confirmation are discarded.
Lyophilization, NFC Tagging & Dispatch
Purified peptide is freeze-dried to a white powder, dispensed into sterile vials, and sealed with NFC-embedded caps. Each vial's chip is programmed with its unique batch ID linked to its COA. Shipped cold-chain on dry ice within 48 hours.
